Support Skills Hub provides a range of personal services that focus on building everyday skills, confidence, and independence for NDIS Participants in a way that respects each person’s goals, choices, and pace. We work alongside Participants and help to streamline their Support Workers circle of support to ensure that supports are meaningful, flexible, and aligned with individual NDIS plans.
We design personal practical training courses, easy-to-use resources, and tailored support solutions designed to empower NDIS participants and the people who support them. The training and resources we offer strengthen core support skills, improve communication, and promote safe, respectful, and person-centred support. These courses are designed to be practical, engaging, and relevant to real-life support situations.
Our resources include clear guides, tools, and learning materials that support understanding, consistency, and quality care. These resources help participants feel informed and empowered, while supporting workers to deliver best-practice support with confidence. Through tailored support solutions, we recognise that no two people are the same. We take the time to understand individual needs, preferences, and goals, providing customised guidance and skill-building strategies that support independence, wellbeing, and participation.

At Support Skills Hub, we believe NDIS participants deserve supports that are ethical, well-prepared, and truly person-centred. Everyone should feel confident that the people supporting them have the right knowledge, skills, and values to respect their choices.
Whether you are a participant who is building your own support team or if you are beginning to strengthening existing supports, Support Skills Hub is here to support you. We provide practical, easy-to-understand solutions including education and resources that help participants and independent support workers work better together.
The knowledge and training is grounded in lived experience, real-world practice, and current industry standards and it is always presented with respect, dignity, and participant choice, so the circle of support stays strong.

Supporting a business run by a person with a disability has many benefits both socially and economically
Here are some key reasons to support businesses owned and run by persons with a disability
Supporting disability-owned businesses helps create financial independence and economic empowerment for individuals who may face employment barriers.
By choosing to support a business run by a person with a disability, you contribute to breaking down societal barriers and promoting inclusivity in the workforce.
Entrepreneurs with disabilities bring diverse skills, innovative thinking, and lived experiences that shape their businesses in meaningful ways.
Disability-led businesses often reinvest in their communities by providing employment opportunities and advocating for accessibility and inclusion.
Many businesses founded by people with disabilities prioritize accessible products and services, benefiting a wider audience, including seniors and those with temporary impairments.
Supporting these businesses sets a powerful example, showing that disability does not limit success and that everyone deserves a chance to thrive.
By actively supporting businesses owned by people with disabilities, you help challenge outdated stereotypes and create a more inclusive and diverse society.
